With all the uncertainty and division, what we need as a humanity is for us to take responsibility for creating our own inner peace first....then we'll be much better position to support others to do the same and make a real difference to the world at large.

A practice of mindfulness helps reduce the busyness of the mind, builds emotional resilience, and resparks meaningful life experiences like peace, joy, compassion and acceptance.

Practising Mindfulness supports us to remember what's important, and gives us the tools to live in mind-body-spirit alignment. Now we can live life ON-PURPOSE.

 

This 4-week program is about creating more calm in your own life first, then becoming a demonstration for the world around you.

This 4-Week Mindfulness program will be in full alignment for you if:

4-Week Program Outline

Week 1 - The Foundations

What is Mindfulness? How can we practice it? How will it support you in your life right now? You'll discover the answers to these questions in the first session. You'll also learn the two main ways to practice mindfulness, and we'll practice these straight up. We'll also spend a little time debunking some of the myths around mindfulness.

Week 2 - Managing Stress with Mindfulness

Let's look at stress, and discover how a practice of mindfulness can support us during stressful times.  You'll also hear about a simple and ancient yogic framework that we can use to transition from those tense moments to a greater state of spaciousness and ease.

Week 3 - From Doing to 'Being' 

What motivates you to do all that you do? It's rare to contemplate this question, yet a lot of our own problems are borne out of this 'not-knowing'. Let's explore the difference between doing and doing with mindful awareness. We'll also be talking about triggers, and exploring how the senses can be responsible!

Week 4 - Truth ... or Story Telling?

The way we relate to our thoughts and emotions shapes our perception of life itself. Find out how mindfulness can bring space and freedom to all your relationships in life - including the relationship you have with you.  Together, we'll reflect on our journey through the 4-week program, and talk about ways to keep the practice up moving forward.

Meet Ash Cargill

Facilitator of Integrating Mindfulness Into Everyday Life and your 4-week program mentor

Ash's journey with teaching mindfulness began around 15 years ago during her years as a hypnobirthing teacher.

Since then, she has had ample opportunity to put mindfulness principles and applications into practice in her own life, supporting her to return to presence, balance and joy again and again.

Ash is a qualified Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, Owner of Reiki Wellbeing, and hosts 'The Sit' Mooloolaba - a space where you're invited to take a step from the outside to the inside, in meditation.  

You'll feel kindness and compassion oozing through her teachings, as she supports and mentors you during this 4-week program.
