Yoga & Meditation Retreat Day

Here's what we'll do:

  • 9am: Morning gentle, mindful yoga practice (guided by Nicki Eiras)
  • Light morning tea (included)
  • 1045am: Walking meditation, shorter mindful yoga session, seated Meditation on the Senses, mediation, Body Scan meditation
  • Journalling for self-reflection and insights
  • 12pm: Big Love Cafe lunch
  • 1pm: Creative, mindful art activity
  • 2pm: Mantra (chanting)
  • 230pm: Restorative yoga
  • 4pm: Finish

You'll leave this retreat day feeling a greater sense of relaxation, spaciousness, connection and clarity.
