  • How can I avoid returning to the busy-norm, and instead move forward with life contributing to a bigger picture, and in a more meaningful way?

The world needs more people right now to step up to their highest spiritual Self, and from this place to become demonstrators in their communities.  

Mindful Yoga invites you to move through life with ATTENTION and INTENTION 

Across this program, you'll be guided to move your body, breath and mind with PRESENCE. That is, paying attention to what's here now, as it's unfolding. 

From the spacious present moment, we can begin to make wise choices.

In the pause of presence, we can allow higher aspects of our Self to arise and lead the way, like Kindness, Compassion, Courage, Gratitude, Patience ... and PLAY!

How you practice one thing, is how you’ll do everything.

Be guided to integrate your highest Self - your true nature, in the way you move, talk, think and approach everything in life!

Allow it to become your natural way of operating in everyday life again. 

This 30-Day Mindful Yoga Immersion is more than just a consistent physical yoga practice. This is about connecting in with your inner knowing and taking steps to walk your own line of truth again.

12 Key Program Outcomes: 

The DAILY YOGA VIDEOS and MEDITATION AUDIOS, and WEEKLY LIVE CALLS have been created to ensure you receive the following:

1. Deepen your understanding of mindfulness and how it can enhance your yoga practice, professional & personal life (and every other aspect of your life, in fact!).

2. Explore 12 foundational asanas (postures) that form part of a Mindful Yoga sequence, and learn how their physical, energetic, philosophical and spiritual benefit.

3. Discover how your present-day posture is affecting your yoga practice AND how you operate in everyday life (and learn how to improve things moving forward).

4. Learn how to modify and enhance your own personal yoga practice, specific to what’s going on in your body and personal circumstances right now

5. A deeper, embodied knowledge and understanding to take your own yoga, mindfulness and meditation practice to the next level. Learn how to make your current practice meaningful for the other 23 hours of your day.

6. Learn skills that will compliment and enhance whatever your current profession is now, that you can apply straight away

7. Lifetime strategies for returning to your authentic self again and again, no matter what changes happen around you in relationships, business, career, health, finances, etc. 

8. Increase self-awareness so you can feel more in control of how you operate in life, and improve decision-making skills (great for business and for choosing your own soul-led life outcomes!).

9. Increase calm, sense of purpose and build resilience to life’s ever-changing conditions.

10. Get clear on your Sankalpa's (highest intentions) and learn how to bring these into your body, breath, mind and spirit NOW (without waiting for anything outside of you to change)
