Connection with other like-minded women
Optional Ayurvedic massages
"It was a privilege to spend a weekend in the company of this authentic and kind woman, amidst nature. Erin is a gracious and giving facilitator whose yoga teachings inspire me greatly. I’m so grateful to receive her wisdom and share life lessons with new friends."
Sangsurya is a Sanskrit inspired word meaning “a place where the sun reaches everybody”. Built along the forested ridge of a 10 acre property with easterly views overlooking Arakwal Aboriginal land to the Pacific Ocean, our environmentally friendly retreat venue offers seclusion and tranquillity in the heart of nature, and a sanctuary in which to escape the pressures of a busy life. In these uncertain times, with technology disconnecting us from nature and stress related illness on the rise, spending time in the beauty of Sangsurya is more important than ever.
"Hi! Thanks for being HERE.
I'm Erin, Founder of The Mindful Yoga School, and author of The Little Book of Big Intentions.
My highest intention for you during this Women's Mindful Yoga Retreat is to support you to experience connection, presence, acceptance, clarity...and play!
I'll be guiding you to head on a journey through your self - to your Self, on this retreat.
Yoga, mindfulness and meditation are powerful modalities that allow us to realise so much about what matters most.
I'll also be sharing some really helpful tools with you for everyday, mindful living that you can apply for the rest of your life.
The connection with the other like-minded women is worth coming on this retreat alone (oh, and the incredible location and catering!).
Will you join me?"
"Erin is a beautiful, gentle, kindly natured person who exudes strength and belief. There's no forcing, only tender, caring encouragement to bring out your best YOU. If you have the opportunity, make it your business to engage with Erin - you'll be so much the richer for your endeavour."

Erin teaches mindful yoga for EVERY body, of all ages, fitness levels and abilities.
Mindful Yoga combines mindfulness practice with movement and meditation. You will be supported to move your body with presence and compassion during this retreat - a practice ON the mat that will ripple out into your life OFF the mat.
Mindfulness is a way to live on purpose with awareness, while cultivating beneficial qualities/attitudes like kindness, curiosity, acceptance, etc.
Whether it's your first time practicing yoga, or your an experienced yogin, you will be supported and well-cared for during all of the yoga classes and other experiences during this retreat.
It's more important that you come into the yoga practice with a flexible mind rather than a flexible body!
Bring any personal props you like, however there are yoga mats available for your use, plus bolsters, blankets and yoga blocks.
All good, there is a payment plan option available (the sooner you book, the longer you can stretch the payments out).
You will need to make a non-refundable deposit now, and the remaining ticket amount can be paid off within six weeks of the retreat start date, via an emailed agreement with The Mindful Yoga School.
There are things that you're going to learn at this retreat, and ways that you're going to evolve, that you simply can't see or know about yet.
One of the intentions for this retreat is for you to feel that you have gotten way more value than you paid for. Based on the feedback from 100% of previous retreat participants, this is absolutely the case.
Part of the teachings during this retreat is about decision-making based on feelings (we'll be working on getting very familiar with what 'yes' and 'no' feels like) rather than succumbing to doubt because something is new and you're unsure.
Try it now: take a few deep breaths, and then ask yourself: Based on what I know about this retreat so far, does it feel expansive to say YES?
Yes, select your room type (priced accordingly) from the further above on this page).
There are also small private rooms available AND larger, more deluxe private rooms too. Head to the pricing section to look at the different options to suit your style and budget.
