Join Erin Lee and Bree Naomee for a deeply nourishing retreat day that weaves together the wisdom of Yin Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Mindfulness Meditation — held on the grounds of Chenrezig Institute, Eudlo.
This is a day to slow down, allow the activity of the mind to settle, and embody the wisdom of presence.Â

Bree Naomee
Bree has been practicing and teaching Yin Yoga for over 10 years and developed her love affair with this therapeutic practice after a severe back injury. She lives and breathes her passion through daily practice, classes, workshops, retreats, teacher trainings and life off the mat.
Bree is a Zen Thai Shiatsu Therapist and shares this love alongside Taoist philosophy and The Five Element Theory — making her trainings unique and full of ancient wisdom, encouraging a deeper understanding and acceptance of ourselves, others, and the ever-changing nature of life.
Owner and founder of Yoga Alma, Bree has developed educational courses and retreats that are comprehensive and accessible for teachers and students to gain a deep understanding of Yin Yoga, the human body and the subtle layers of energy within life.

Erin Lee
Erin Lee is a yoga and meditation teacher, facilitator and educator known for her grounded, compassionate and practical approach.
Over the past decade she has guided thousands of students through classes, retreats, and teacher trainings, with a focus on mindfulness-based yoga, and provoking an enquiry into the bigger picture of life.Â
Erin is passionate about making yoga accessible, meaningful and sustainable for modern life, and about supporting teachers to share these practices in a way that is clear, ethical and deeply human.
Owner and founder of The Mindful Yoga School since 2020, a yoga teacher since 2013, and a yoga practitioner since the late 90's, Erin brings a wealth of knowledge and lived experience to guide you through the retreat day with presence and compassion.
