DHARMA TALK
with Geshe Tsultrim

Learn about the propelling karmic seed teaching in the words of one of the kindest and funniest humans - Geshe la.

Geshe Phuntsok Tsultrim is the head teacher at Chenrezig Institute. Born in Tibet, he became a monk at the age of 14, and was awarded his Geshe degree in 2005. He has since spent time teaching at TCV School and Root Institute (India) before heading the teachings at Chenrezig Institute.

SACRED SOUND
with Chris Lane

Chris Lane's incredible music will pave the way for you to flow, be present and open to transformation with bamboo flute, guitar, beats and restorative high vibes. Allow the gifts of this year to unveil themselves to you as you get bathed in Chris's divine instrumentals.

As a member of Oka, Xavier Rudd and the United Nations, Kevin James Carroll and as a solo artist, Chris has performed across the world.

MEDITATION IN MOTION
with Erin Lee

Be guided to express heart-felt gratitude and intention, and then learn how to truly embody these qualities. Bring your yoga mat and move gently and purposefully through a mindful movement  flow (suitable for EVERY body, ages and levels of fitness) followed by guided meditations.

Erin Lee is the resident yoga teacher at Chenrezig and is the Founder of The Mindful Yoga School.

SOUND HEALING & IMMERSION
with Dubarray

Experience the very healing, soulful and ambient sounds of Kate and Brett, as they guide you through an instrumental vibrational experience, to integrate and harmonise your embodied intentions at a cellular and energetic level.

Dubarray have released four albums, have been nominated for various Music Oz and Queensland Music awards and featured on Triple J's Roots & All.

5pm

You'll have arrived early, laid out your mat, and now you're being welcomed and guided to land in the Garden of Enlightenment. Hear about the Propelling Karmic Seed belief by Chenrezig's lead teacher Geshe Tsultrim, then be guided through a reflection meditation to contemplate the gifts of 2020.

530pm

Be guided by Erin Lee to move your body and breath gently and intentionally to the sweet sounds of Chris Lane. Drop the mind into the heart and embody gratitude in every cell of your body, in deep acknowledgement of all that has been, as a pathway to release the burdens of anything that still feels stuck.

615pm

It's time to get clear on the more meaningful values that will be of benefit to many in 2021. Get clarity around your intentions and then we'll embody them, as we start to bathe in the divine sounds of Dubarray.

630pm - 730pm

Soak up the vibrational journey of Dubarray's soundscape, which will support you on a cellular level to integrate what has been and what will be, into this very present moment. We'll end the night with a meditation dedicated to the death of the past and wishing for the flourishing of the new karmic seeds that will be of great benefit to all sentient beings in 2021.
