Deep dive into the rich history, philosophy, benefits neuroscience and practice of meditation and mindfulness PLUS learn some simple techniques to share with others, during this 3-day weekend with Erin Lee (feat. psychotherapist Sabine Schroeder).

This Meditation & Mindfulness 3-Day Immersion is suitable for you if:Â

- You're keen to know more about why meditation and mindfulness create the results that you've seen, and that so many people around the world experience
- You feel excited to learn about how meditation and mindfulness affects the brain and behaviour, the rich history of the practice AND various meditation styles.
- You'd like to learn some simple mindfulness techniques to share with others in your existing role/s e.g. as a parent, partner, in your role in human services/wellness industry (and all the other roles you have in life!)
- You'd like to kick-start a more consistent meditation practice of your own (and reap the consistent benefits!)
- You'd like to dip your toes into the full 3-month Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher Training 110hr program, without fully committing yet.

NOTE: This 3-day training is also the Opening Immersion Training weekend for trainees of the 3-month Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher Training 110hr program It's also suitable to complete this 3-day weekend for personal development/study only.
You will have the option to continue studying alongside the current teacher trainees, should you decide to (limited places left).

Your Hosts:
Erin Lee
Erin is the Founder of The Mindful Yoga School and has a personal practice of 23+ years in mindfulness, meditation and yoga, and ten years of dedicated teaching, Erin Lee brings a wealth of study, knowledge and experience to this program.Â
Having experienced the healing benefits of meditation and mindfulness for herself as she navigated challenging life events, Erin has since gone on to complete numerous teacher trainings in Mindfulness, Mindfulness Meditation.
She leads residential mindfulness and meditation retreats, teacher training programs, classes, workshops and corporate training programs supporting people to transition toward a more connected, harmonious and meaningful experience of life through the modalities of yoga, mindfulness and mediation.

Specialist Trainer (Sunday):
Sabine Schroeder
Psychotherapist (Post Grad Dip Psychology), Yoga Teacher, NLP Coach and Hypnotherapist
Sabine Schroeder joins this three-day program to deliver insights into the positive impact of meditation and mindfulness on psychological functioning and emotional wellbeing.
In her personal life, Sabine has been an avid practitioner of meditation, mindfulness and yoga for well over 20 years.
Professionally, she is a trained facilitator in various Mindfulness Programs delivered over many years for individuals and groups including the highly regarded Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction pioneered by Jon Kabat-Zin.
As a therapist for well over 20 years, Sabine has assisted thousands of people to experience relief from stress, anxiety, depression and pain using mindfulness-based techniques. She will be sharing the specifics of exactly how meditation and mindfulness can positively impact physical, psychological and emotional wellbeing and how it can rewire the brain.
