Yoga & Meditation Retreat Day

Here's what we'll do:
- 9:30am: Morning gentle + awakening Mindful Yoga practice
- Morning tea break (tea provided, byo snacks)
- 1045am: Walking Meditation, shorter Mindful Yoga session, seated Meditation on the Senses and Body Scan Meditation
- Journalling for self-reflection and insights
- 12pm: Lunch (included)
- 1pm: Mindful Art activity to awaken creativity
- 2pm: Mantra (chanting)
- 230pm: Yin & Restorative yoga
- 4pm: Finish
You'll leave this retreat day feeling a greater sense of relaxation, spaciousness, connection and clarity.

She has this way of explaining things that brings so much clarity and makes mindfulness and yoga accessible even for those of us who are not bendy little pretzels 😉.
