This program is about reCONNECTing to what matters most...
Mindfulness is a deep remembrance of what IS. When we can be here fully in the present moment - without distraction, we align our highest Self with all of life in that moment. This is connection.
With Presence, your body, body, breath and mind fall back into alignment, and you become whole-spirited again. Everything comes back to life!
There is so much going on in life to distract us away from Presence and our highest aspirations, like living with Compassion, Peace, Balance and Kindness. Mindfulness and meditation are ancient practices that reconnect us back to what IS.
This program is as much about your own self-realisation as it is learning how to introduce others to meditation and mindfulness.

This Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher Training (110hr) program is suitable for you if you wish to:
- Complement and enhance your existing offerings/role, particularly in the health & wellness and human services space, with mindfulness and meditation theory, practices and activities.
- Deepen your own personal understanding of meditation and mindfulness, and establish a consistent practice (and reap the consistent benefits!).

The Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher Training program is accredited with the Meditation Association of Australia, the national peak body for registration and representation of meditation teachers.

Understand Various Meditation Styles, Theory & Approaches
Discover a variety of meditation styles including history, philosophy, intended effects and potential implications.

Deep Dive Into Mindfulness Meditation
The main style of meditation taught during this program is Mindfulness Meditation. Learn vocabulary, sequencing, pacing, and a range of meditations to suit a variety of audiences.

Teach Meditation
By the end of this program, you'll have the confidence to share an Introductory Meditation Program - teach it outright or incorporate the teachings into your existing role/offerings.

Teach Mindfulness
By the end of this program, you'll be equipped to share an Introductory Mindfulness Program, supporting others to integrate a variety. of Mindfulness practices into everyday life.

Practice Teaching & Planning Classes
Within the safe space of our teacher training group, you'll learn and practice teaching meditations, and holding space for individuals, and groups. You'll also learn how to effectively sequence meditation classes.

Physiology, Psychology & Neuroscience
Learn about brain function, attention training and impacts of meditation on behaviour and cognitive functions, including therapeutic aspects on stress, trauma, pain, illness and more.

Develop a New Relationship With Thoughts & Emotions
As you expand your awareness, and 'observe' more rather than 'attach', you'll develop a healthier relationship to your own Self. This will put you in great stead to teach from personal experience with Meditation & Mindfulness (combined with your own pre-course experience).

Ethics and Holding Space for Others
Understand the role you play as a Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher within a broader referral, client and community network. Learn about professional boundaries, confidentiality and legalities/insurances.

Erin Lee
Lead Trainer, Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher Training (110hr) program
Erin is the Founder of The Mindful Yoga School and lead trainer. for this 110hr, accredited program.
With a personal practice of 23+ years in mindfulness, meditation and yoga, and ten years of dedicated teaching, Erin Lee brings a wealth of study, knowledge and experience to this program.
Having experienced the healing benefits of meditation and mindfulness for herself as she navigated challenging life events, Erin has since gone on to train in Mindfulness, Mindfulness Meditation, Buddhism and various styles of yoga.
She leads residential mindfulness and meditation retreats, teacher training programs, classes, workshops and corporate training programs supporting people to transition toward a more connected, harmonious and meaningful experience of life through the modalities of yoga, mindfulness and mediation.

Psychologist Cass Dunn joins this program to deliver insights into the impact of meditation on behaviour and cognitive functions.
Cass has practiced meditation and mindfulness for almost 20 years and is a trained facilitator of the world-renowned Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. As a therapist and coach, she has helped thousands of people to experience relief from stress, anxiety, depression and pain, and will be sharing the specifics of exactly how meditation and mindfulness can improve your physical, psychological and emotional wellbeing.
She is well known for her Crappy to Happy podcast, which has consistently ranked at the top of Health & Wellbeing podcasts on Apple Podcasts since it launched, and for her bestselling Crappy to Happy books.
