REGISTRATION
All registrations are subject to acceptance by the Event Organiser.  

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
A completed Registration Form must accompany your payment (the form will show up on the next page after you complete payment).

Payment is non-refundable, due to the early investments needing to be made for your space at this workshop however we accept transferred tickets to another person, subject to approval by the Event Organiser (please notify us of their email their name and address asap).

PERSONAL LIABILITY
It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform the Event Organiser of any change in contact details after event registration, to [email protected]

Although great care is taken, the customer is entirely and solely responsible for their own safety, health and general well-being for the duration of the retreat day including all activities. 

The Customer is entirely and solely responsible for their own belongings/valuables.

PERMISSION TO USE PHOTOGRAPHS & FOOTAGE 
By agreeing to this Service Agreement, I the Customer, agree to allow Erin Lee and Sabine Schroeder (Empatherapies) and The Mindful Yoga School to use photographs and video footage that may be taken during the event for the promotion of Erin Lee, Sabine Schroeder (Empatherapies) and The Mindful Yoga School and associated events only, by way of website, social media, print publications and any other promotional medium. I understand that photos and footage may be made to the general public.

  • Learn how to work with Trauma-Informed Yoga Principles that foster trust, choice, and empowerment in your personal yoga practice, any classes you teach or space that you hold.
  • Discover how to create a safe space, maintaining physical and emotional safety in any yoga setting or other space that you hold.
  • Learn how to adapt your teaching/facilitation style, tailoring your cues, language, and sequences to suit the mental health needs of your students/clients.
  • Gain practical strategies to confidently support yourself, and students, to respond to emotional distress.
