Therefore by participating in this yoga program, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily engaging in these activities and assume full responsibility for my own health and wellbeing, and any injuries or adverse effects that may occur during or after the yoga video sessions.
I am in good physical health and capable of participating in yoga. If I have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, I have consulted with a healthcare professional before engaging in yoga practice.
I release the instructor, The Mindful Yoga School, and any affiliated individuals from liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
