Yoga and Meditation Retreat Day

9am - 4pm

Here's what we'll do:
- 9am: Morning gentle + awakening Mindful Yoga practice
- Morning tea break (tea provided, byo snacks)
- 1045am: Series of Meditations including walking, senses and body scan meditations.
- Journalling for self-reflection and insights
- 12pm: Lunch (included)
- 1pm: Meditations and mantra (chanting)
- 230pm: Yin & Restorative yoga
- 4pm: Finish
You'll leave this retreat day feeling a greater sense of relaxation, spaciousness, connection and clarity.

I have always felt like I was somehow doing it all wrong when it comes to meditation and yoga. Turns out I just needed to find Erin! She has this way of explaining things that brings so much clarity and makes mindfulness and yoga accessible even for those of us who are not bendy little pretzels 😉. I loved every minute of the retreat and that was due, in large part, to Erin's phenomenal ability to not only share her vast knowledge of yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices, but to actually bring complete understanding to her audience.
