Wednesday 10th May, 6-7pm AEST
This evening will begin with a teaching on the importance of relaxation as a first-step for meditation. Then, be guided through two mindfulness meditations that promote calm, supporting you to 'loosen the grip'.

Wednesday 17th May, 6-7pm AEST
This second evening begins with a meditation for promoting calm, followed by a teaching and a longer meditation on mental clarity. There will be time for sharing reflections towards the end.
Erin will also stay on after the end of each session to answer any questions about her upcoming Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher Training 110hr program with The Mindful Yoga School.
Feel free to stay for this, or leave the session if it's not relevant.

These two evenings are facilitated by Erin Lee, founder of The Mindful Yoga School and author of The Little Book of Big Intentions.
"My highest intention in offering these two evenings is that you reignite your own capacity for inner peace and spacious awareness. Many possibilities live there."
What some of Erin's meditation students say:
"By leaning into my spacious awareness, I landed in my heart and came home to me. Thank you."
- Carrie
"Erin is a teacher who not only imparts her vast knowledge in this field, but also real-world experience (all with love, compassion and gentleness). I gained not only valuable skills in mindfulness and meditation and holding space, but a deeper sense of devotion to my own practice."
- Melina
"Erin is a generous teacher - not only in her giving of time and space, but with her deep knowledge and understanding of life, connection to each individual, and what humanity needs - especially at this moment in time.'"
- Danielle
Some relevant wisdom from Pema Chödrön:
“If we can train ourselves through meditation to be more open and more accepting toward the wild arc of our experience ... we can become more settled and relaxed amid whatever life brings us.”
