Relaxing, spacious, simple...
You'll be guided through yoga and meditation practices, however the approach is purposefully kept simple.
Do less, and you'll quickly notice how much more spacious you'll feel.
The Program:
- 9am: Gentle yoga featuring postures and pranayama (breath work) for purification and restoration
- 10:30am: Light and nourishing Morning tea (included) featuring mindfulness practice
- 10:50am: Yoga Nidra, Walking Meditation, Meditation for Stability
- 12pm: Finish

Erin teaches yoga with a focus on applying mindfulness throughout the asana, pranayama and meditation techniques. You’ll feel cared for by her gentle and compassionate approach, while being encouraged to lean into the bigger picture of your practice - and life. Erin is also the founder and lead trainer of The Mindful Yoga School and author of the The Little Book of Big Intentions.

The Location

Your half-day retreat begins with your arrival at Cottesloe Beach, entering the Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club. You'll lay your mat and things down, and settle in ready for a 9am start, taking in the vast Indian Ocean views.
