"I first joined one of Erin’s classes at a festival and instantly loved her energy, authenticity, and teaching style. When I heard about her Yoga Teacher Training, I knew it was the right path for me. The journey has been incredibly rewarding—I’ve grown so much personally and am now about to teach my first classes."

Meet Erin Lee     Â
Founder & Lead Trainer
As a yoga and meditation student for thirty years and a teacher for more than twelve, I’ve witnessed how these practices support us through the inevitable changes of being human.
Across my years of teaching, one truth continues to reveal itself: when students are held within a supportive structure—rooted in the ancient teachings—and surrounded by others walking a similar path, their practice deepens in ways they could never access alone.
I’d love to welcome you into one of our programs and explore this path together.
