Single class passes are valid for one month and 10-class passes are valid for 6-months, from the time of purchase and must be used within this period. All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Upon Receiving Acceptance into a Program with The Mindful Yoga School.
Payment Plans or Upfront Payments are made available to enrolling participants to support the student’s financial situation. Upon receiving an acceptance email into a Program, the applicant will have already paid at least a deposit, if not full upfront payment for the program.
Where a participant has paid upfront and enrolment is cancelled due to reasons beyond the participant's control, the participant may transfer their payment and enrolment to the next program intake with no additional fee payable, or if a refund is sought:
- 3 or more months in advance of program commencement: a $500 administration fee is retained by The Mindful Yoga School and the remainder is refunded.
- 1 month - 3 months in advance of program commencement: 50% is refunded.
- Less than 1 month in advance of program commencement: no refund is available.
PAYMENT PLANS
All deposit payments for payment plans are non-refundable and any further refunds are applicable to the abovementioned timeframes.
Where a student enters a payment plan for a teacher training program, the applicant is required to then pay at least another $500 prior to the first in-person/live training day (this enables costs for books, resources, venue etc. to be covered).
Where a student enters a payment plan for any other programs e.g. retreats, the full program cost must be completed one-month prior to program commencement.
The applicant and The Mindful Yoga School are to mutually agree (by way of email) on a regular payment plan that completes full program payment.
After Program Commences
The program will not give any refunds or credits after the training starts. This is because Programs are normally full with a wait list and we have already booked and paid for many resources relating to your place in the Program.
The Program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins, and in the case of the latter, any payments applicants have made may be transferred to a future training date or payments would be refunded in full where cancelled by The Mindful Yoga School.
Notice of Cancellation
The Program requires that any notice of cancellation or withdrawal by a student must be provided by email, from the applicant to The Mindful Yoga School.
Admission Denials
An applicant who is denied admission into the program is entitled to a full refund of all money paid by said applicant.
Special Cases
In case a student needs to withdraw from the program due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other extreme circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the course, The Mindful Yoga School will allow for transfer to a future intake date within a 12-month timeframe.
Misconduct
No refunds will be given if the program removes a student from the program for misconduct e.g. harassment, bullying, or any other behaviour that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow students. Misconduct is violation of the Code of Conduct.

A non-refundable $500 enrolment deposit is required to secure your place in the training.
Your place is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable under all circumstances, including change of mind, personal circumstances, illness, travel disruption or inability to attend.

Payments made beyond the initial $500 deposit may be refunded, less a $750 administration and planning fee.
60–120 days prior to retreat commencement
50% of monies paid beyond the initial non-refundable deposit may be refunded.
Less than 60 days prior to retreat commencement
No refunds are available.
At this stage, retreat venues, accommodation, staffing and training costs have already been committed on your behalf.
Requests to transfer enrolment to a future training intake may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

In the unlikely event that the training is cancelled by The Mindful Yoga School, students will receive a full refund of monies paid excluding any external third-party costs already personally incurred by the student, including:

Access to online training materials, manuals, recordings and resources is intended solely for the enrolled student and may not be shared, reproduced or distributed.
Where online course access has already been granted prior to retreat commencement, portions of fees may become non-refundable due to immediate access to intellectual property and training materials.
By enrolling in the training, students acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to this refund policy.
