With consistent practice, mindfulness meditation is a technique that reduces the fluctuations of the mind, supports emotional resilience and resparks meaningful experiences like peace, joy and compassion.
You have to make the space to practice, otherwise you won't find the time or reap the benefits of the practice.
This 4-week program is about creating more calm in your own life first, then becoming a demonstration for the world around you.

First live training session/meditation evening is Thursday 4th August, 6pm - 7pm AEST...then continues weekly for a total of 4 weeks (all calls recorded and sent to you if you can't make the lives)
This Mindfulness Meditation 4-Week Online program will be in full alignment for you if:
