With all the uncertainty and division, what we need as a humanity is for us to take responsibility for creating our own inner peace first....then we'll be much better position to support others to do the same and make a real difference to the world at large.

With consistent practice, mindfulness meditation is a technique that reduces the fluctuations of the mind, supports emotional resilience and resparks meaningful experiences like peace, joy and compassion.

You have to make the space to practice, otherwise you won't find the time or reap the benefits of the practice.

 

This 4-week program is about creating more calm in your own life first, then becoming a demonstration for the world around you. 

4-Week Program Outline

Week 1 - The Foundations

Understanding our motivations for deepening our meditation practice, getting clear on our intentions, and remembering the basics of a mindfulness meditation practice. Meditation focus: creating calm and mind-body connection.

Week 2 - One Step at a Time

Discover why it pays to focus on one thing at a time, and learn how to mentally 'hold space'  for EVERY-thing that crosses the path of our awareness - in meditation and in everyday life. Meditation focus: stability, curiosity & kindness using the physical body.

Week 3 - From Little Things, Big Things Grow

This week we shift the attention from gross (physical, material) to subtle (energetic), and learn how our senses can either distract us OR come to use them act as a way IN to a meditative state. Meditation focus: reducing distraction using the senses.

Week 4 - Beginners Mind

Clarity and wisdom continue to awaken, the more we make time for meditation. Learn why it's worthwhile continuing to support yourself to keep up a consistent practice (you'll be shown how). Meditation focus: allowing & observing using the breath.
